Had an appointment with caliber glass to get my windshield replaced on 7-14-2026. Dropped it off at 8 AM and they didn’t work on it till 3:00 PM. Got our car at 5:30 PM but this wasn’t the worst thing. When I looked over the car, there was a huge and I mean huge glass distortion in the middle of our windshield, I told our technician about it and he said “oh he will make a note and get the windshield replaced for free”. Well I asked him why wasn’t the glass looked over before it was installed or even looked over when it was loaded on the truck? He didn’t have an answer and just apologized. So basically they wasted my day today because now I have to come back whenever they call me to replace the glass again because they failed to review and check the glass for any defects before being installed. The customer (I) shouldn’t be the one making sure the glass is good after being installed.

No onsite technician! I parked my car at 8am and waited for an update. Went at 4 pm and it had not been touched. The tech finally got there And got it replaced and calibrated very quickly so I was able to pick up my car, but I recommend going to Safelite so there are onsite techs and they can actually get your car completed on time.
